Arriba Express in Lauf an der Pegnitz

We have ordered for the second time. Once the dessert was missing, but it was intended as a main course for one person. Today everything was complete, but everything was only lukewarm. Delivery time was 1 hour 40 minutes, on the phone it was about 1 hour but it would be busy. You can just bear it because it still snowed today and the road conditions were probably correspondingly tense. In terms of taste, the burger was unfortunately a bit dry and the pizza was quite bland, onion rings weren't (anymore) crispy. On the positive side, the dips are really very large portions. For us, unfortunately, it is not the optimal delivery service, since the journey from Lauf to Rollhofen, if not started immediately / directly, means that everything is only lukewarm.

Was quite disappointed a few months ago ... the homepage said until 10 p.m. and on the phone it said at 5 to 10 that nothing was accepted. Then, despite the unsightly situation, I ordered a few more times. But now it's really tough ... almost 2 hours delivery time. That really doesn't work

Longer delivery times at the moment because of coronavirus I would be told, I picked up pizza and gyros pita, top quality, despite the stress, the service was friendly, gladly again!

In short: Unhygienic !, Disorganized !, Disgusting! Never ever again!

I used to really like to order here. It just doesn't taste good anymore. After almost 1:30 hours of waiting, the lukewarm and unseasoned food arrived. Absolutely no taste !!! On the phone I was given a delivery time of 45 minutes and not 1:30 hours. I can also confirm that with the hair in the pizza, we already had it. This was definitely the last attempt. Never again!

I always order something and have to say that the food is great so far. Sure, the delivery time cannot be precisely stated, but in most cases it arrives on time. Keep it up!!

Eat good, hot and quick, but sometimes greasy

"Clean" is probably a foreign word in this "restaurant". I have had hairs in my pizza before. How can you actually allow yourself that !? I'm not a special case, I also asked colleagues and most of them were able to confirm that they also found hair in the food. Has Arriba Express somehow hired primitive cooks or what's going on !? This dirty shack is a case for the health department - but dalli!

We picked up two super delicious burgers personally because we were on the road anyway. A bit chaotic when ordering, as phone orders keep coming in between. But that only proves that things are going well. nice personel. And the burgers are super fresh and delicious.

Preferably no star, unreliable, delivery time was given as 45 minutes, called after 1 hour and asked, the answer was succinctly that it would probably take another half an hour. No excuse for the delay, and a lot of hungry children who disappointed and have waited in vain for their pizza. Therefore not recommended.

You cannot find 6 hairs in your food. Never order from you again, that's disgusting. People pay money for their food and get hair for it.

The pizza was good, unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. Half an hour after the agreed delivery, I had to stand in the cold until the order finally arrived, on the grounds that there was a car breakdown. If you don't even get notified by phone anymore, in my opinion it has nothing to do with good customer service. Unfortunately was the last time I ordered here. Food always comes quickly. Friendly staff both on the phone and the drivers. Pizza always extremely legger. Pasta also tastes really good thumbs up. Are always very satisfied.
